Product: All Horse and Sheep Blood Certificates of Analysis

Proposed Change Date: w/c 08/09/2025

Change Details:

Blood certificates of Analysis will have a QC stamp applied instead of the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager electronic signature as below:

Reason for Change:

Certificates are raised and checked by all members of the QC/QA team so it is no longer appropriate to use a single signature for issue. It also means when there are staff changes or absences, the certificates do not need to be updated with different names.

Considerations:

There is no change to the process of raising and checking certificates. The use of the stamp for authorisation instead of a signature is also used on some of our other products such as Selectrol® which is deemed acceptable for our ISO Standards.
