| HC8732 is a viscous and translucent aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol which is suitable for use as a cryo-embedding and sectioning medium in microscopy. HC8732 is designed to be used at -20 to -30oC. It freezes rapidly with minimal crystal formation and is an ideal support medium for frozen tissue sectioning. It is water soluble and is easily removed from slides before staining. | ||
