| HS785 Wright Stain is a compound stain, comprising a mixture of Methylene Blue and its oxidation products (azure dyes) in combination with Eosin Y, dissolved in methanol. It is suitable for use in staining leukocytes for differential white cell counts and for examination of red cell morphology. It may also be used as a bone marrow stain for demonstration of morphology and in any other technique where Wright stain is specified. | ||
