| HS505 is a concentrate of Methylene Blue (ZN) Loeffler which when diluted 1 in 10 in purified water will yield HS515 Methylene Blue Loeffler (ZN), which is suitable for use as a counterstain in the Ziehl-Neelson and Kinyoun stain techniques for acid-fast bacilli. It may also be used for the identification of Bacillus anthracis. | ||
