| HDS05 is an acidified clear colourless aqueous solution of citric acid and sodium hydroxide preserved with 0.1% sodium azide. It must be diluted 1:100 in distilled or deionised water before use. HDS05 is suitable for use as a heat-induced antigen retriever on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections prior to application of antibodies. It also improves accessibility of antibodies to tissue antigens in immunohistochemistry. pH: 6.0 ± 0.05 when diluted. | ||
